We normally ship all orders by USPS unless specified otherwise. For special delivery requests, please call 206.726.0500. Delivery time is 5-10 business days depending on your proximity to Washington State.









Returns and Order Cancellations

We gladly accept returns of new books, unopened CDs and gift items in their original condition. Product must be returned within 30 days of the original shipment date and must be accompanied by your original receipt for refund (less shipping and handling). Order cancellations must be made by midnight Pacific Standard Time the date of original order.
